Quickly overwhelmed by the popularity of his creations, Dominique decided to focus on production in order to share his work and expertise with as many people as possible. Today, from his laboratory in Aigues-Mortes, he takes pride in the work and enthusiasm of Christian, who passionately runs this landmark location.
